Because Parkinson’s Association of West Michigan (PAWM) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, all gifts are tax deductible as provided by law. All donation funds will be used responsibly and will directly serve the West Michigan Parkinson’s community in the most fiscally prudent way. When you send a memorial or a gift to honor someone, it has special meaning to both you and PAWM. We are grateful that you value the PAWM organization and its work with this kind of gift. An acknowledgement can be sent to those that you designate by email. Your donation can be done online using a debit/credit card or using a traditional check/money order. All information collected is kept confidential and NEVER sold to other companies. (Please refer to our Disclosures Page for the details of our Privacy, Terms of Use, and Gift Acceptance policies.)
To donate with a check or money order…
Option 1 (RECOMMENDED): OFFLINE DONATIONS By starting the process online, you are guaranteed to get a receipt quickly for your donation and the entire process is handled in the most efficient manner possible. Please provide the requested information. For “Select Payment Method,” choose the “Offline Donation” option. A PDF receipt will be emailed once the check is received. In the Personal Donation option, an Honoree or Tribute can still be requested through this online process.
Option 2: You can always mail in your check or money order to our office without initiating the donation online. Please include a contact name, phone number (in case there are questions), and any Memorial/Tribute information you wish noted, if appropriate. We have a strong relationship with the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF). They can streamline the process and effortlessly accept any stocks, bonds, endowments, living will benefits, or any other tangible asset on our behalf.
