This 60-minute class is designed for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s. You will receive the same benefits as you do on the tandem bike (Pedaling for Parkinson’s).  See one of the fitness staff regarding your ability to take this more advanced class.

NOTE: Your own heart rate monitor is required.

Location: Fitness Studio, 2nd floor.
