Detailed Information

‘3M’ is for Music, Motion, and Mobility.  This ‘3M’ class helps participants achieve and maintain key capabilities needed for good mobility. Instructor Aline Snoeyink (PT) and Katie Dabkowski (DPT) lead the group in exercises for flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, and mobility. Music guides the pace and activities. You may participate as long as you are safe for standing and light walking, or have someone help you for safety. Spouses and/or caregivers may also participate with a physician’s note of approval.

Because of the high level of activity, a doctor’s written approval is required. The cost is $3.00 per session (arrangements available if unable to pay), or 11 sessions for $30. Your first visit is free. For any additional questions, please contact the Mercy Saint Mary’s NeuroRehabilitation Program at 616-685-6749.

Room Location: First Floor Conference Room of the Hauenstein building.

There is FREE parking in the open lot at the building entrance. It is labeled as a “Patient Parking” lot.
