Detailed Information

Are you living with PD?  Are you concerned about your ability to maintain balance while walking?

GVSU is seeking participants for an on-going research study that will be examining dynamic balance in persons with PD.  The study is being conducted by PT instructor Gordon Alderink, Ph.D. and three graduate student researchers.

Results from this study will provide clinicians with important information about the variables controlling gait in persons with PD.  Participation in this study would require a phone screening, an in person appointment and total time commitment of approximately three hours.  This study is being conducted at the GVSU Center for Health Sciences.

If you are interested in taking part in this study or wish to find out more information, please contact us by phone or email.
