This exercise group meets on every Thursday at 10:00am. All meetings for this group will be held at the Lebanon Lutheran Church (1101 S Mears Whitehall 49461) unless noted otherwise.
This group is mainly designed to support the West Michigan community particularly Muskegon, Whitehall, Grand Haven areas.
This support group is supported by both the Michigan Parkinsons Foundation (https://parkinsonsmi.org/) and Ivy Rehab (https://ivyrehab.com/).
